DELIVERY POLICY
JULIE PLAMONDON CREATION BULLES guarantees consumer satisfaction. If your product is damaged following delivery, we will be happy to file a claim with the designated carrier and return an item in good condition.
The delivery method chosen by default is delivery by Canada Post. The delivery costs, which will be applied when paying for your order, are $14. These fees apply to all orders made in Canada only.
Orders totaling $75 and more will receive free shipping (automatically eligible for order payment). Please note that gift cards are NOT included in these amounts since they are not a product to be sent by mail.
In the event that the carrier comes to your home during your absence and the package is returned to us, the customer (YOU) will have to pay the return and shipping costs to obtain the package again.
Since packages do not require signatures, you release JULIE PLAMONDON CRÉATION BULLES from any liability in the event of theft, loss or damage to the package. For any additional shipping service requests, please write to: jpcreationbulles@hotmail.com

Since each product is carefully manufactured for your needs and for compliance and hygiene concerns, no exchanges or refunds will be available.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please notify JULIE PLAMONDON CRÉATION BULLES in order to reach an agreement. Subject to authorization from JULIE PLAMONDON CREATION BULLES, a discount or gift card may be possible.
